Unlike some Maryland senior living healthcare options, we offer the security of future care, if needed. Additional care is covered by two different types of contract options: Lifecare (Type A) and fee-for-service (Type C). Learn more about our contract options here.

Depending on how much assistance you need, you can take advantage of assisted living, comprehensive nursing care, or memory care.

All options include a private residence with its own half bath and access to on-site healthcare services, such as:

• Internal medicine, audiology, psychiatry, dentistry, podiatry, vascular and cardiology
• Physical, occupational and speech language therapy
• Therapeutic garden

Our wellness clinic is staffed with a primary care physician, specialists, and a nurse practitioner. Two on-staff social workers will help guide you or your loved one through the continuum of care.

In addition to our vibrant, interest-based activity program, we offer an assisted pool program for residents of the healthcare center. This one-on-one swimming program allows residents to enjoy swimming laps while receiving assistance in the water, as needed.

As a resident of Edenwald’s Towson, Maryland, retirement community, you or your family member will enjoy three delicious meals and two snacks daily in the convenient, welcoming dining rooms located in each center. Healthcare campus residents are also welcome to dine in any of our four independent-living dining venues. (Meals in the Pub/Bistro are available at an additional fee.)
